      HRD dispatch & command system is an integrated system platform based on exchanger, dispatcher, CTI, and TCP/IP technology, which can realize the multiple services such as voice, fax, data, video seat and IP phone. Compared with the traditional dispatch system, it possesses many advantages, the detailed performances are as follows:

  • Fully adopt the digital program-controlled dispatcher mechanism. primary power supply, secondary power and CPU (including CPU, exchanging network, signaling module and signal voice module) realize the hot standby and hot swap and are the stable and reliable carrier class products.
  • Integrated with the digital program-controlled dispatcher and Ethernet technology and truly realize the high-efficiency and reasonable data processing.
  • The system voice, fax, data and video access are realized through the LAN TCP/IP packet exchange; the broad bandwidth and flexible networking mode of the LAN is the guarantee for convenient system expansion and upgrade; IP PHONE voice compression board can directly compress and decompress the voice, wrap and unwrap the TCP/IP packet, and effectively optimize the IP PHONE voice quality. 
  • Support the voice, conference, fax, data, video, seat, IP phone, text and speech conversion, and speech recognition.  
  • Large capacity and modular overlapping and applicable to 0~512 line real time dispatch.

Basic functions

Usual dispatch/switch function

  • No link blockage for the call between the dispatcher and user
  • The dispatch console has domination and control right over the system communication, the dispatch phone has the highest priority. For Any user under the hang-up, dialing, and call state, the dispatcher can call, cut in or release the user; the user can directly call or emergently call the dispatch console.
  • The extension user can call and relay between each other by dialing and dispatch console.
  • The extension user can directly dial the external line or be forwarded to the external line through the dispatch console, the dispatch console can directly dial the external line.
  • The incoming call from the external line can be forwarded to the extension user by the dispatch console, or directly dial the extension through the computer telephonist.
  • The system can set the call grade of the extension, the users with different grade have different outgoing right and internal communication right.
  • The system can combine all extension numbers by one to eight digits without restriction (flexible encoding).
  • When the dispatcher operates the dispatch objects in whole network, he can realize one-touch operation through the dispatch keyboard or touch screen, or realize the dispatch operations through the dial-up mode of the dispatch phone.
  • When calling between users, for the cases such as dead number, changed number, or outgoing call from the user without rights, the system will give out the voice prompt.
  • Contain multiple incoming relay lines for automated continuous selection function for same number
  • The system can be compatible to the pulse phone dialing and dual and single-frequency phone dialing.
  • The host and dispatch console is set by the sound and light prompt and LCD, which can indicate the operation state and state of the dispatch objects.

Extension function

  • Call transfer: all calls of the called extension are transferred to the pre-defined other extensions.
  • Busy diversion: when the called extension is busy, the call is transferred to the pre-defined other extension.

Transfer without answer: if the called extension rings for one minute and does not hang up, the call will be transferred to other pre-defined extension.

  • Call pickup: when an extension rings and no person answer it, the neighboring extension can answer it.
  • Call back : when the called is busy, the call is hung up, when the system monitors that the caller is free, it will make the called ring, if both parties answer, they can talk.
  • Hotline: extension is hung up and does not dial the number, after 5-second delay (can be set), it can directly call the predefined extension. If it dials in this interval, the call will be normally processed.
  • Emergent call: the extension user can dial specific number to make an emergent call for the dispatch console.
  • Password-restricted call: the extension user with outgoing right can use the registered password to restrict others to use the outgoing call without prior permission.
  • Extension forwarding: after the extension user establishes the talk with the caller, he can call third party, or transfer the call to the third party, or restore the talk with the original talker.
  • Abbreviated dialing: can define some longer numbers as the shorter encoding to dial.
  • Do not disturb: the extension user does not temporarily answer the call, the extension will not ring upon a call, and the caller extension hears the back ring.
  • Alarm-clock service: The extension will automatically rings for three minutes within the predefined time according to the user requirement, if the user hangs up at that time, the service will terminate. If the extension is busy upon ring, this service will be cancelled automatically.
  • Call display: the called extension displays the number of the caller phone within the exchange. (limited to the call display phone)
  • Voice mailbox: when the phone host is absent, after the caller hears the host’s leave word, he can record his leave information; the host can get it.
  • Voice dialing: extension dials a special number to hear the number of this extension.
  • Alarm function: extension dials a specific number to hear the voice alarm.
  • Merged talk: dial a specific number to realize the talk between two phones.

Dispatch console function

  • Transfer:  transfer according to extension or relay call and establish the talk between the caller and called.
  • Cut in: the dispatcher can cut in the extension user or relay in the talk state.
  • Forced release: the dispatcher forcibly releases the extension user or relay in the call state and release state.  
  • Remind hang-up: send hang-up reminding sound to the extension which does not hang up for long time for reminding it to hang up.
  • Reserve: the dispatcher can make the user under the call state enter the keeping state, after he processes other transactions, he can restore the call with the use. The reserved user can hear the music and will be released after overtime.
  • Group calling: can call all pre-defined extensions through a key. Multiple group calls can be set for same dispatch, a dispatch console can make one or simultaneous multiple group calls.
  • Call conference: can organize to hold a telephony conference, the dispatch console calls the attendee through the group call or point call (call multiple extensions one by one), and can add and delete the attendees till all extension users join in the conference. At most 12 attendees can be allowed to speak at same time; other users can hear and apply to speak. If the host can not hang up during the conference, other extensions can not hang up, otherwise the system will automatically make it ring again.
  • Amplification function: the dispatch console has the amplification set and can give the voice prompt for some operation states, the call can be amplified.
  • Emergent response: when the extension emergently calls the dispatch console, it will give the remarkable sound and light prompt, the ring tone should be different from the common call.
  • Any answer: when the multiple users call the dispatch console simultaneously, the dispatch can select to first answer any user according to his requirement, without relation to the call sequence.
  • Night service: the dispatch console can set the night service state and transfer all calls from the dispatch console to the night service extension.
  • Key right tracking: when a dispatch console has more than two dispatch phones, each phone can be independently operated, and realize the group dispatch, the dispatch phone with the right for key operation of this dispatch console should be able to be tracked.
  • Multi-dispatch console configuration: the system can configure 8 dispatch consoles. The dispatch can work in parallel, or by group. During the group dispatch, each group of dispatch console manages their users and relay, each area does not disturb each other. The dispatch console in the same group can help each other, when the user or external line calls the dispatch console, all dispatch console in the same group will respond by the sound and voice, any dispatch can answer the call.
