System Introduction 
HRD-CTI   Multi-in-One Alarm Received and Disposed System is a platform based on the program-controlled exchange technology, CTI, software exchange technology and TCP/IP technology, which integrates the voice, fax, data, video seat and IP phone. HRD-CTI Integrated Dispatch and Command System fully utilizes the modern advanced communication and computer network technology and realizes many functions based on the uniform information platform, including various emergency dispatch and command (110, 119, 122 and 120), GPS monitoring, technical guarding, GIS geographic positioning and display, command and dispatch, and intercommunication and interconnection between wired communication and wireless communication, so the system can save the resources and feature practicality, quickness, reliability, advance and intelligence, it realizes the computerized dispatch and command, intelligent service disposal and judgement, visual command system, automated command distribution, grouped force dispatch, real time information transfer, and electronic and standard service archive, so it can improve the capability of the emergency command system in fast response and reasonable decision.

Based on the exchange platform of the dispatch and command system, combing with the advanced technology and fitting devices, the software is developed according to the specific requirement of the users in the police system and acts as the alarm receiving and disposal system for 110/119/122. The system can realize the function such as the alarm receiving and disposal, caller number identification, wrong number interception, caller locking, dispatch and command, multi-party conference, alarm, and dispatch recording.

System feature
The system adopts open architecture based on TCP/IP protocol and adopts the software switching technology to realize intercommunication and interconnection between different sub-systems and guarantee the high scalability of the system.
